Seminars & Events in Interlaken
For meetings, seminars, and festive events in Interlaken we offer two beautiful rooms for up to 40 and 80 people respectively.
Belle Epoque Room
A large, beautiful Art Deco room from the Belle Epoque, offering a wonderful ambience and 115 sqm of space for up to 80 people. The Belle Epoque Room is available exclusively on request and only in the afternoon.
Garden Room
This bright and generous room offers a view of the garden and 80 sqm of space for up to 40 people, depending on the seating arrangement. The Garden Room is equipped with parquet flooring and manually operated blinds, as well as with a tournament standard pool table for fun breaks.
Both rooms can also be booked and used in combination. It is not possible, however, to open the partition wall completely for structural reasons.
Additional Rooms
Up to four separate rooms can be rented for breakout sessions or workshops. If you are interested in these additional rooms, please let us know.
Seminar & Event Packages
Daily Rate with Overnight Stay
Depending on season, room size and length of stay from CHF 195.- per person.
Price per person includes:
- Overnight stay in a single or double room
- Rich breakfast buffet
- 3-course lunch (at a restaurant nearby)
- 3-course dinner (at a restaurant nearby)
- 2 coffee breaks
- Conference room with flipchart, pinboard, beamer, projector, presentation case
- Mineral water in the conference room
Your room will be ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure the room is at your disposal until 11 am.
Coffee breaks: We serve coffee, various teas, mineral water, fruit juices, fresh fruit, as well as croissants in the morning and pastries in the afternoon.

Whether by train or by car: your participants or guests will have no problem finding us. Hotel Bellevue is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the Interlaken West railway station. For drivers we offer sufficient parking spaces directly opposite the hotel.
